FLAT SHIPPING rates:

SALES TAX:
The appropriate sales tax will be added to your purchase of Happy Horse Riders and Dog Owners merchandise.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. You should receive your merchandise within 4-10 days of purchase. Happy Horse Riders will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please note that deliveries to USA and International some may take longer to receive.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY POLICY:

If you decide that you wish to return or exchange merchandise, you can do so within 30 days of shipment. Happy Horse Riders will then refund or exchange the purchase price of merchandise (less shipping costs). Return packages must be pre-paid as Happy Horse Riders can't accept COD. We recommend using a shipping method which offers tracking method, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that does not reach of our office. Please write on the packing slip why you decided to return the item so that we can improve service to our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item to us and we will refund, replace, or credit you for it. We have faith in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If the order is damaged or defective please save the packing slip as well as the item, and notify us immediately by phone or email so that we can instruct you on how to return the merchandise to Happy Horse Riders.
